I plan to book 5 cabins using Costco. Will I receive their shop card rebates for all the cabins, or for example, does each cabin have to have a Costco member listed?

I routinely book 2 cabins for my family of 4. Both of the shop cards come to me. My kids are not Costco members, so no Costco member in their cabin.

If you are the one booking and paying for the cabins then you should get a COSTCO shop card for each cabin.

2 years ago, I booked 3 cabins. I got 2 costco cards one for the 1st cabin and one for the 2nd cabin. I paid for the 1st and 2nd cabins (the 2nd cabin was for my mom and daughter and they were not members). I transferred the 3rd cabin to my sister's credit card to pay for the 3rd cabin, she is a member, and she got the costco card.

I hope this helps.

I will also add that I booked a cabin for friends who are Costco members, but not executive members. They paid and the Costco card was coming to me since I booked the cruise.

Thanks for the reminder, I forgot to mention, that I transferred the booking to my sister at the same time I transferred the payment to her credit card.

If one is booking a cruise through Costco, it's a no brainer to upgrade for the 2% back. However, I am not sure if you have to be an Executive member at the time of booking and/or travel to be eligible.

You have to be an Executive Member at the time of sailing, not booking. I know, because I became an EM well after booking, but was told I'd get the rebates once I'd taken the trip and I did.

That's good to know even though I have been an Executive member the last couple of years and able to earn the difference in membership fee back every year without booking travel through Costco.

Me too. I figure as long as it at least pays for my membership, then why not?
