Costco is running a special now, when you book with them using Budget. You receive a $20 USD Costco Cash Card after your trip is completed. I am going to rent a car at LAX in February, and Budget was the cheapest by $20 anyway, so this is a bonus. (all the car rentals there are offsite using a shuttle, as far as I know). This is for a DL trip.
