Cost PP, Incentives & OKW

I just received the information about the new resort SSR and know that will be offered at $89 pp. Are the other DVC resorts currently $84? What incentives are being offered at the other resorts?

Also, are OKW add-ons still available through DVC or would I be better off via resale?

If you are intrested in OKW you will have to go the re-sale route or be put on a waitlist through DVC.

You would have to call DVC to see what resorts are available through them.They may have some leftover pts through ROFR at certain resorts now.

Most of the current sold out resorts probably won't have any incentives and will be $84 pt. You won't know until you call though.

you can find DVC resales through a resaler

goes go to the above topic - across the top and click on DVC resales

expect to pay around $500 to $1,000 in closing costs added to the price you will see.

A friend just added on 50 points from DVC during our July visit. $ per point was probably a bit higher than a resale.
