What is it? We will have it for our December trip, but don't get in until 7PM...and I don't want to eat dinner after 9 or so. Would there be a breakfast with characters that would be "worth it" on the plan, or really, is it best to only use table service for dinners? We get it in December largely because it includes the Candlelight package and Fantasmic package, and the DDE doesn't apply to those two, so we really are getting our money's worth, I think. Just want to know the price per day. I'll be making ADR's on Wednesday. Already have LeCellier for the Candlelight package!!:yay:

$37.99 per night per adult, $9.99 per child.

For some reason, with all the threads on the DDP and all the links that tell you all about it, the price is the hardest thing to find! It should be at the top of the Dining Board, but I could not find it.

We used it last week (mostly because of character meals, HDDR and Holiday Pricing all of June) and we did use it for breakfast, Beaches n Cream, and our last night we had table service left and did not feel like going anywhere, so we used them for counter service at Artist Palette. Still saved money and the snacks at MK are worth it.

We even had the DXDDP for a few days and enjoyed that as well.

The DX is 68.99A $19.99C

So, you were at WDW last week too! I noticed the holiday pricing increase, and I suppose that it will be the same over the NYE period. So, I think we will go with the DDP and a character breakfast. Since we'll be at BWV, I'm thinking Cape May breakfast buffet. Just DH and I, and I can't wait to be a little Goofy! I really like the 1900 Park Fare dinner with Cinderella and the Tremain Ladies!!! Funny. Did you do that one?
Thanks.

Since you'll get in so late your first day, you could go to a 2 credit restaurant like the California Grille or Flying Fish-we did both of these on the DDP last year and they are worth 2 credits! :)

Here's a link to the 2008 DDP FAQ on the DDP Board: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1545287

In that thread, look at the very first (loooong!) post and you'll find all of the basic info, plus links to all of the official brochures for the various plans.

With the changes this year (no appetizer and the tip coming out of your pocket) I'd be very hard-pressed to come up with any TS that is now worth 2 credits. We enjoyed CG also under the old plan, but those days are gone.
