Does anyone have the most recent prices of the sold out resorts direct from disney?

For purchases directly thru DVC - AKV, SSR, BCV and BWV are all $104 per point - but AKV currently has an $8 per point incentive bringing the cost to $96 with a minimum number of points. Developer points are also still available I think.
SSR did have a $10 incentive lowering the cost to $94 per point but I'm not sure if that discount is still available at this time. DVC has not yet released any information about reopening sales at SSR due to the addition of the THVs.

VWL and OKW are both $101 - VWL has an expiration date of 2042, OKW expires in 2057 for direct purchases.

HHI and VB are both $92 per point but have an incentive lowering the cost to $87 with a minimum purchase of 50 points.

Resale purchases may be found for less.

Thanks for the quick reply, just thinking of a 50 pt add on. On most contracts the closing costs negate the resale savings at that level. Thanks again.
