How much for big people and how much for little people? Anyone know? Thanks. (character breakfasts)

I've been there quite a few times, but I really don't remember how much it was. According to dlresortinfo.com, the cost in 2005 was $27.25 for adults and $14.86 for children.

Be aware that price does not include tax and the 18% gratuity that is automatically added to each person's meal. You pay before you ever go in to eat and that tip is put on right then. Also, they do offer a 10% AAA discount which is nice and helps with the cost.

Is the food worth it? $35 approx for breakfast? Just wondering....

From what I've read here, if you are ONLY into it for the food, it's not going to be worth it. Spend your food money elsewhere. It's the character interaction that you're paying for, the experience. The food is peripheral.

That's what I've read here, at least. :)

On that drl page, it actually states that "prices above reflect meal cost, tax, and gratuities"...

Yep, those prices are accurate. I just made our PS for lunch at Goofy's and was quoted the same price as what biolabetty posted.

bumbershoot is right! I love character meals, have done all of them at Disneyland and all but one at WDW and to me they are an overall experience, like a dinner show almost. You are paying for food and entertainment. That said, in ten visits to Goofy's the food has always been very good. Sometimes its been excellent. But I have always at the very least found plenty of things I enjoyed, the service has always been very good and the character interraction great. I like Goofy's because in our experience, it has always had the largest number and widest variety of characters. They always have characters that appeal to both my boy and girl children.

Here is the menu for breakfast:

And here is dinner, which is about $7 more for adults, kids price seems to be the same for breakfast or dinner:

I'll also add that at the bottom of each menu, when they say: "and much more", they aren't kidding, its a huge buffet with a lot of variety.

The costs mentioned above are what we paid in May, and that was the total cost.....everything included with tax and gratuities already added on. :)

Here is some updated info. that I found.:)

As of July 2007, Breakfast/Brunch prices are $27.25 per adult and $14.86 per child aged 3-9. Hours for the breakfast/brunch are 7:00am until 12 noon during the week and until 2pm on weekends. Dinner prices are $35.93 per adult and $14.86 per child aged 3-9. Dinner hours are from 5 to 9 daily. These prices do include tax and tip. Do also keep in mind that if you have an AAA card, you can get 10% off those prices!

Some character interaction.
