Cost of Draping and Lighting?

Been trying to decide on our reception venue and have come across the whitehall room. we like the idea of the patio and we will be having a dessert party at sago cay, and staying at the grand flo so everything will be in the one place!

however, i don't really like the decor of the room. i was wondering if it would be possible to drape the walls and set up mood lighting like i have seen in the other ballrooms.

is this possible? and does anyone know how much it might cost? if it's not possible to drape, is it possible to get lighting like in the other ballrooms!

p.s the reason for the whitehall room rather than the other ballrooms is for the patio. yes our wedding will be in july, so too hot to eat outside, but i'm sure our guests will happily wander in and out of the patio!
