I'll try and help. The price at BCV is $75 until June 2. The minimum initial purchase is 150 points. That comes to $11,250. Disney is currently offering an incentive to all, which gives you $5/point back OR free nights (the number of nights depends on the number of points purchased, you get 5 free nights for 150 points I believe).
Using the 150 point example and assuming you choose the $5/point incentive, you would have an incentive of $750. This can be put towards your downpayment. You say "how much is it if all of the cost is financed?" Not sure what you mean by that, but I think you have to put 10% down, which in this case would be $1,125. As I mentioned, you could use the $750 incentive towards this, and would only need to come up with $375 cash. You would finance the $10,125. Disney's interest rate on a 10% loan is 11.95% I believe (you may be able to deduct this interest on your taxes). The loan payment would be about $145 per month, for 10 years. You could also put 20% down, finance 80%. The rate through Disney is 10.95%. Your loan payment would be just under $124 per month, for 10 years. Of course, you could take out a loan elsewhere as well, perhaps at a lower rate. The interest on that loan may or may not be deductible, depending on the type of the loan and other factors.
In addition, you would have to pay a maintenance fee of about $47/month, a small portion of which may also be deductible. The maintenance fees will most likely increase slightly each year, although they may stay the same or go down occassionally. Is this what you mean by "How much is it per year in addition to the basic cost"?
