Cost Estimates: Help!

I am trying to help my niece work on a school project, planning the dream wedding. As all of you know the Disney website is not very forth coming with prices, and I really don't want to bother the wedding planners for this.

Can anyone give me some close estimates of some prices based on your own experiences. If so thanks so much.

The only costs she was not able to find on the website are the following.
Flowers and candles for the Pavillion
She liked the Cinderella Table setup at the Grand Floridian Ballroom but saw no prices.
Flowers or decorations for the ballroom.
Cakes, do they charge per the number of people fed??

If anyone has any prices please share. This does not have to be exact but just some idea of the costs for these items.

her budget for the wedding is $50,000. So if anyone had a custom wedding and would love to share your costs please do. Or send me a private message if you don't want the details on here thanks.

What a fun project!

My unity candle arrangement at the WP cost $150. Those were the only floral I had in the WP, as I didn't have a $50,000 budget!

Our cake cost $12.00 pp, - we had 76 guests, and a custom cake design. If she goes to www.yourfairytale.com she'll find the powerpoint presentation that Disney sends to brides of their 'standard' cake designs. The prices are included in that file.

Sorry I can't help with the other pricing, we had our reception at Atlantic Dance Hall so we didn't spend much decorating the reception, probably less than $500 total. Our whole wedding cost about $29,000.

I believe my unity candle arrangement was around the same price as hmgolden’s. I think my cake was a little bit less per person (I’m guessing around $10 per person). As far as flowers for the reception go, I believe my table centerpieces were about $100 per table. The table overlays I think were about $14 per table, and the chair covers were around $7 per table I think. Sorry my memory is so fuzzy on these details!

My wedding was last May, so I still have most of the stuff on my computer. What I have here are the original price quotes I was given. They ended up using the same flowers for the ceremony and the reception (they transfered them during the prereception) After taxes and gratuities the total for the things below are $31,046.65

Note for your project: Disney can provide everything you need except for your officiant and your dresses/tuxes. In fact, they will charge you extra if you decide to use someone outside of Disney.

I can't seem to open the unzipped presentation. I was able to access the price list, but have no idea which cake is which. Is there somewhere else which has this information? Specifically, we're interested in the 3-tier, silver Mickey - head cake (if anyone saw the Unwrapped special). Thanks!
