Cosmic Ray's Ribs?

How are they? Are they dry or saucy? Do they have a lot of fat on them? I'm going through a BBQ Rib phase- so need to know if they are good. I know the ones in AK are dry rubbed but have sauce to dip. Oh if the ribs are soso what do you recommend form Ray's? We usually eat at Pecos Bill's but they only have chilled chicken and the kids won't like that.

We tried Cosmic Rays again on our last trip after a long absence. I was not at all impressed with the ribs - they were very fatty and the sauce was the same stuff you'd dip chicken nuggets into. I've had better McRib sandwiches. DH had the rotisserie chicken and said it was "ok."

We enjoyed Pecos Bills - DD and I split a double burger, and DS had the kids franks and beans. We were able to substitute applesauce for that peanut butter thing they have for dessert without a problem.

I loved the bbq at Whispering Canyon. I'm picky about bbq (smoke my own), and believe me, this was good stuff for dinner (I've had lunch there as well, and that was good, but not great - could be the ribs needed a little more time in the smoker to be more tender).
