We have a trip coming up in December and I was wondering if anyone knows the price of a hamburger without the fries at Cosmic Rays. I rarely eat fries and the hamburger will be plenty with the toppings.

to my knowledge you cannot just get a hamburger.
it automatically comes with a side of your choice of fries, apple slices, or cucumber salad.
its about $10.50.
thats not including a drink.

You should be able to your just hamburger with fries. I know we only order one basket of fries for all us to share and just order a hamburger. I am with you once I eat the hamburger. I don't want fries either.

You can order the burger without the fries. The savings are not huge...a few years ago it was between a dollar or a little over 2 dollars depending on the restaurant. Sorry I don't know about Cosmic Ray's specifically.

You can order a burger, sandwich, etc. a la carte at Disneyworld Counter Service instead of a combo meal. Been that way a long time -- it's just not printed on the menu boards.. I remember reading on either Mousesavers or allears that it was $2 savings. That memory is old. In 2014, it's probably not the exact figure.

Go to www.allears.net. There's a section that shows every menu, with prices, for every restaurant on the property. It's quite useful for planning meals.

You can definitely order hamburger without fries. We have even had them not give us chips and saved about a dollar.

The savings without the side is around $1 on average. Some are a bit over $1. Its not a great savings, but better than nothing if you wont eat them...

Don't remember the savings but the best thing we figured out is you don't have to order what they have on those menus. It doesn't take long before you can do without all those fries. Even on the dining plans we will sub something for the fries if available.
