correct green?

Is the correct color at Home Depot Alien Green or Sonic Boom? Both are "lime"

OK I am so out of the loop, what are you guys talking about? Green Mickey's at Home Depot???

Funny, I was wondering the same thing. I got Alien Green. Not sure if it's the "correct" one either. I read somewhere someone said Alien green after I got them. Went on to see if I could find it somewhere.

What are you going to do with yours? I'm attaching them to each of my suitcases and bags.

Think of Goofy's hat. It is that color. Back in 1999, when this was all planned, that was the color chosen. There was a bunch of people going for the Millennium Celebration, so the lime green ribbon idea came out then to identify people who were DISers.

I think it is a matter of personal preference. I've heard many people using either color. I actually picked up both because I couldn't decide.

We went with sonic boom - will probably hang one on the waistpack.

Don't know if the "what are you talking about" question was answered - Home Depot carries Disney brand paint - they have card samples of the colors shaped like Mickey heads. Just pick up a couple - We cut ours out and laminated it then just punched a hole and hooked it on a small key chain.

I've heard of more people going with the Sonic Boom that the Alien Green. They didn't have sonic so I took alien.

I guess we all had the same thought! I couldn't decide, so took a few of each color! I will be buying DIS t-shirts and the fanny pack, but I will only be wearing the shirt one day of the trip, and won't be wearing the fanny pack outside of the parks. So, I will still attach the paint sample Disney heads to anything I can! I wrote "DISer" on each one!

My DD & I went with both colors. I liked Sonic Boom and she liked Alien Green. We have lanyard cards and made pins. We are going to pick up a couple things from the Dis shop too.

We will be there over Thanksgiving too. Give us a shout if you see us.

Just back from 10/4-11 trip. I made buttons for DD and me. We wore them every single day....even wore a green ribbon tied to my swimsuit strap when we went to the Movies pools. I knew that at least one DIS family (miscrapper) was at Movies, but I never saw anyone with green the whole week. The ONLY times I was without my green was at Typhoon and Blizzard. I was asked about the buttons a few times. The CM checking us in at CRT asked and when I told her what DIS meant, she said she had been on here that morning. Chip, or was it Dale, wanted to know when we were at Chef Mickey's. I explained it to him. Seems like another couple of people in lines asked me. If not for the MNSSHP meet, I would never have known any DISers were there. Melanie
