Correct deadline FL resident MYW free dining?

On Mousesavers the deadline to book is 7/19 and the DIS shows it at 7/3 (same as for non-residents). Anyone know which is correct? I think the only difference in pricing is cheaper tickets. If you've heard differently please tell us. Thanks in advance!

Hi again,
The official WDW site has the 7/19 date as deadline for FL res. free dining bookings. Guess I should give CRO a holler and see what they have to say.I was hoping someone here had 1st hand knowledge.
