It's been reported that they ask if you've been to China recently, been in contact with anyone who has, or anyone who has been diagnosed with Corona virus. They're also checking passports for all stamps (to confirm any China trips).

I saw the email for feb 27th with the guidelines. I guess we should remember everything can change quickly here from cruise to cruise. I hope dcl continues to keep us up to date.
