Coronado Springs vs. Wilderness Lodge

We are planning a trip for 4 nights/5 days in April. In all reality it will be 3 days at Disney as the 1st and last day will be travel days. It will be my, DH, a 4 year old and 1 year old. Which hotel would you choose? I have Coronado Springs reserved now for about $610 (20% code) or can do Wilderness Lodge for about $990. Is the extra cost worth it? We are just doing MK and either MGM or AK. We plan to spend the 1st full day just unwinding from the drive and playing at the pool. Any thoughts?

Pumpkin, if you can afford it then I say go for the Lodge, you won't regret it.

If I had a full hotel day planned, I'd spring for WL.

We have stayed at both resorts and if given a choice between the two the Deluxe(no matter which one) always beats a moderate.If the extra money will hurt or you have to spend it on other things for the trip by all means stay at the CS.We have two little ones and they had a great time when we stayed there.The pool is nice and big and the Big Dig is a great playground.Just be prepared to walk a little to get anywhere on the grounds.If its your first time save the money because believe me you'll be back and can live it up the next time.
