Press power and down at the same time, and you will see the letters bp show up in the display. You may have to do this every 24 hours if the thermostat resets.

CSR! It was good while it lasted. Just received major pixie dust and have been upgraded FREE OF CHARGE to GF for our trip next week. My dream. I'm swimming in pixie dust and my trip hasn't even started!

They called me. They asked if I wanted to switch resorts. I asked where and they said GF. I said why and they said they overbid on available rooms and there is a convention. Almost all of the king rooms are going to be taken up by convention goers I guess. She said the only catch is that it is a standard room and they can't guarantee a king bed. I said "Who cares?!"

I have a question regarding ticket upgrades. I need to add another day and the hopper option to my tickets when I arrive. Is there a place at CSR that I can take care of this or do I have to do it at one of the parks?

Lobby concierge can do some limited upgrades (I think the tickets have to be on your KTTW cards, not tickets you have purchased elsewhere). You can upgrade your tickets anytime within 14 days of first use, so you don't have to use up valuable park time to upgrade. If you are hopping the first day, you can add hopping at guest relations as you leave the first park or enter the second.

If you purchased tickets through a discounter like Undercover Tourist or purchased them before the August price increase, you should use the tickets before upgrading to get the current value and just pay the difference.

My First Question would have been...How about the PR, CR, WL, or AKL...but that's me.

Me, too! Actually, it would have been Poly, Beach Club and AKL, in no particular order. But even though the theming at GF is not my thing, I'd stay there for CSR prices and enjoy every minute!

Hi, We just got back. There were 3 conventions there that left the same day we did. I know this as the desk advised us to put a card on file and not fight the crowd last Saturday. We did not really have a problem with the crowds unless we had to wait on the kids to come to Rix's to get thier mugs filled prior to going to the parks then there was a delay. We had asked to be on the other side of the resort so we really did not run into the convention goers much. Some late at night riding the bus to their rooms. The resort was fantastic and we enjoyed just like every other time we have stayed there.

Good to see another dave ramsey fanatic like me...we too are going in all cash and debit card only...getting money for christmas and savings ..We are going to CSR dec 21-30..we can go ALL CASH BABY!!! I refuse to pay for this trip over the next 2 years..it feels good to do this
