They charge $1 per page to print at the business centre, so it sounds like you would be better off to try the concierge first.

That's what I was lookin' for! Thanks. I will.

I've been in hotels that printing was anywhere from $0.25 to $1.50 per page. I am not willing to pay more than $0.50 a page.

Woot!! Just switched to CSR for our Sep trip! Can't wait to see it! I know our son is going to LOVE the Dig Site!! :cool1:

I saw that you posted that on the other thread and suggested you pop over here. Lots of WONDERFUL people here who will be happy to answer any questions you might have so ask away. :)

We have also decided to give CSR a try for our trip in September. I have been online looking at every picture I can of the resort. The grounds are lovely and the queen beds are a definite plus. Also love the decor in the rooms. Couldn't pass this up with the 40% off code (the only way we ever stay onsite is with a code). The only other moderate we've stayed in has been POR. Looking forward to our trip!

P.S. Kat, how many years cancer-free?

When in September will you be there? We are trying to arrange a DIS meet while I am there (September 17--late arrival, departing on the 21st).

I have been cancer free three years (it will be four years in February).

This time tomorrow night I will be sitting in my room at CSR!... I'm too excited to sleep! :cool1:

I ALSO love the pastries @ CSR!! Their muffins are so good. I'm not a big breakfast eater but if we go around 10:30 it works well.

My absolute favorite start to the day is a cup of coffee from Cafe Rix around 7:30 to get me started then a cup of coffee at Kona Island at 8:30 before hopping on the monorail at the Poly heading to the MK. There is NO better way to start the day IMO. Top that off by a Crystal Palace buffet or a Kona breakfast just before 11am & anything else that day is a bonus!! I miss CSR already.....

Oh, we'll be long gone by then :0( We'll be there the first week of Sept.

Congrats to you, I am 2 years out (April). Continued health and happiness! :flower3:

Sorry we will miss you.

And continued health and happiness to you too.

We will be staying at CSR for the first time June 13-19th. We are so excited and can't believe it is almost here. It has been ten years since we've been to the World, so we have a lot of catching up to do! I think the last time we were there, we saw CSR being built!

This thread has been super-informative. I do have a couple of questions though. First of all, do the refrigerators have a small freezer? I was hoping to freeze a small cool-pack to take to the parks in a small cooler. I have a daughter with special needs who cannot eat many typical foods, so we were hoping to take a few things with us each day.

Also, what is the cost to do laundry at the resort? Is there a change machine in the laundry room, or should I bring the appropriate coins?

Thanks so much! Counting down the single digits here...... :woohoo:

First, we hope you have a most magical trip.

Second, there is no freezer in the fridges. I am told if you turn it all the way up and leave the door of the dresser open (where the refrigerator is located) and put your stuff way in the back it will "Freeze" a little.

I don't know how much the laundry is (maybe someone else will know) as we don't do laundry until we get to the beach. But I do know that they have change machines.

I assume laundry is standard at all resorts. If so, it's $2.00 per load. I bring my own quarters (they pack well in an old film canister if you have one or a mini M&Ms tube) in case the change machine doesn't work.

Is it $2.00 to wash AND dry or $2.00 to wash, $2.00 to dry? Just trying to make sure I bring enough quarters! Thanks! :thumbsup2

It's $2 for the washer & $2 for the dryer. As Kathy said, there are change machines in the laundry room. At the Cabanas laundry room I found that the change machine next to the vending machine took my dollars much more easily than the one closer to the door. HTH!

Sorry, I can't answer your questions. We are checking into CSR for the first time on the 17th. So excited. I'll be wearing my LGMH. Make sure you say Hi! if you see me.

11 DAYS!!!:yay:

And I found information somewhere that said the $2 for drying is only for 20 minutes! So make sure you have enough quarters if the clothes will take longer than 20 minutes to dry.

You could take some plastic baggies with you and fill them with ice from the ice machine in the mornings before heading to the park to keep your stuff cold in your cooler.

I've been looking at this thread the last 2 days simply because I miss CSR sooooooooooooooooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sad that this years trip had to be postponed till next spring!
