We have stayed at other moderates where the food court was able to make eggs and waffles or pancakes with no dairy and wondered how Coronado is with handling allergies for breakfast at the places they have there as we are considering a stay in 2026. Thank you!

Some of the restaurants at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort like Rix Sports Bar & Grill and Siesta’s are operated by third party companies not affiliated with Disney. Thus, the handling of allergens may be slightly different from what Disney typically does.

El Mercado de Coronado and Three Bridges are operated by Disney so their allergen protocol typically used in parks will apply at those restaurants.
