Coronada Springs recreation?

We are staying at CSR for one night before we head over to SSR. I have been trying to figure out some things that we can do. I already know we are going to take some time to enjoy the pool. But, what else can we do?

You can go fishing, rent a surrey bike, rent a boat or watermouse, get a massage, use the fitness center, use the tanning beds, play volleyball, use the arcade or just hang by the pool.
