our favorite in our area is Richardson's.

We go a little before dark and walk some of the maze. then go back to the free campfires. Roast some marshmallows or hot dogs. then go back in the maze with flashlights when it is really dark.

the last two years we went with a group of people and had a lot of fun. Bbut this year we are going alone. More us time, less planning, hehehehee.

What? The coolest thing in the world? How could anyone not love a corn maze? :thumbsup2

Although, since I grew up in suburban Florida, I find even a corn field to be an exotic novelty. Before anyone says, oh puleease, I did live with one in my back yard for over a decade (a cornfield, not a maze), so the novelty wore off a bit, but a corn maze? That's still the bombdiggity!

I hope to find a corn maze this year and to be able to go through it at night would be really amazing! I'm all about Halloween so it's fine with me if it comes complete with zombies and ghouls too. Or not. :)

Corn mazes, hay rides, apple picking, haunted houses outside on the post-harvest farms. Up in our area these are all signs that fall is here, and I love them all.

I did a 5K run last year that went through a winery, then through a Christmas tree farm and finished just after going through a corn maze. It was loads of fun.

I lived for a couple of years in Florida and while the weather is great (at least in the winter) there are just some things about the Midwest that nothing can beat in my humble opinion.

I keep saying I am going to do one of these but I haven't been yet. I've heard they are a lot of fun.

I love corn mazes!! Especially haunted ones. :thumbsup2 Thanks to living in Iowa (woohoo corn state! ;) ) there's always plenty of them to do every year.

I would love to do this. Does anyone know of good ones in the NorthEast? I don't mind traveling a bit and making a weekend out of it. In fact, we'll be doing our annual Halloween Happenings weekend in Salem, MA mid-October and this would be a fun add-on.

at the maze I posted on the 31st they will have a lightly haunted maze. haunted by local firefighters and the proceeds go to charity.
