coral reef ?'s & time frame help please

had originally planned to go to Coral Reef after EMH at AK but then realized that FW closes (7 PM) before AK that night. Wanted to do dinner more like 8 PM. Anyone know what the latest seating time I would be able to get that night? Or ... Should I switch my Le Cellier night to that night since WS is open until 9 PM, and do Coral Reef the day we do FW for the day and MK for EMH night? My only concern is how long it will take to get to LeCellier from AK and how long the walk thru FW to LC will be after a full day at AK?

Also, does anyone know how to find out what time they feed the fish at Coral Reef? And how do you arrange for a diver to hold up a "happy birthday" sign?

I am pretty sure you can make ADRs at Coral Reef after 7 PM. The Disney site lists Coral Reef as having hours until 8 PM, so I take that to mean the last ADR is at 8 PM so those folks are finished close to 9 PM when the park closes.
