Coral Reef restaurant: special diver signs info

Hello,

I am looking to surprise my boyfriend with a diver sign at the Coral Reef restaurant at Epcot.

From what I've heard, you can arrange for a diver to swim down during your meal with a special message posted on a sign.

We already have our reservations and I wondered if someone could give me the email and contact info of the person to call to organize this special request?

I think I remember that phone #'s and such are not allowed to be posted on these boards. If so, could someone send me a private message with this info?

Also, any stories/experiences from past guests who have planned this special request?

Any idea how early in advance to book this? Again, we already have dinner reservations.

When are you going? We have had reports that the service is not going tobe available in 2008 or is going to be a charge. Reports are that this will be formalized in December.

If you are going in 2007, then you need to call Coral Reef and talk to someone about having a diver. The number of divers that can be booked per day is limited.

They do prefer you call, they do not want any emails. Personalized menus are not as restricted.

Geez we are going in 2/08....the charge can't be that much, can it? I hope they don't start charging....I thought it was sort of neat that this is a special thing they do.

As I understood matters from previous threads, you can't set anything up for 2008 until they decide if they will continue the diver program, and if they do, what restrictions/charges may ensue. It seems they were completely overwhelmed with requests, such that they had to put a stop to things.
