Hello

We have two reservations for 20 people at Coral Reef night before our wedding as a little casual celebration. Can I contact Coral Reef/ contact the manager in advance and ask if we can be seated close together (doesnt have to be on one table, can be on many tables- just in the same area-im not too fussed I just dont want us to be scattered all over the place)

Also, is there anything special I can request (apart from a cake, because we will be having plenty of that the following day!) Im sure I read they dont do the personalized menus anymore?

Can anyone help me on this?

(I posted a thread last night for a managers email or telephone number so if anyone has this please PM me! I did try call WDW DINE from the UK but once connected it seemed to put me on a blank hold and couldnt ever get properly 'through'??? So I guess an email is better?!)

THANK YOU!

Anyone have any ideas? Has anyone emailed or rung up to put two reservations together / or asked to be sat together?

How do the CM's react when you request that you would like to sit in the same area?

I would suggest that you have the reservations for when the restaurant first opens or within the first 15 minutes after opening. That way you can all be seated in the same area. Once the restaurant is full they will not hold contiguous tables for a group.

And, if possible, have someone in the group go over to Epcot at least the day before and talk to a manager in the restaurant.

We had a party of 11 for a visit to Coral Reef. We had three tables and were seated almost a full 2 hours after our ADR. I had even told them after the first 45 min we didn't have to all be together, but it still didn't speed things along. I think they have trouble seating large groups hear. I would absolutely try to get an ADR as soon as they open for dinner.

Oh well I will look into this then because we have the ADR's booked for 2pm, and its for 20 people!

Maybe Ill take a trip there the day before to ask what can be done and perhaps Ill call the manager up this week to ask?

Grr, I wish that it was easy, its pretty hard finding somewhere that will seat 20 people at one time! Only problem is, it HAS to be at Coral Reef as everyone suggested it!
