Coral Reef Divers and Signs...

Who do you need to contact in order to get a Coral Reef Diver to hold up a sign ?

Does anyone have the number to arrange this ?

Do they do this at lunch time too ?

Last May we had reservations at Coral Reef and I had previously set up the diver and special menu for my daughters birthday. I spoke with the restaurant person twice about the set up and they were great with the emails and before hand follow through. I sent pictures for the menu and everything. Upon arrival they had no record of any of it. Being dissapointed, I spoke with a server (couldn't ask ours as my daughter was right at the table) and she was very nice about it and said she'd talk with a manager for me. She was able to get our table relocated down front but never did we get to talk to a manger or anyone about the menu and diver. I had made a later lunch reservation (2pm) so that it wouldn't be in the middle of the lunch rush and asked the front desk on the way out if maybe the personalized menu was there but it wasn't. We were very polite and aware of the hustle and bustle of the restaurant while we were there but very dissapointed that despite all the pre-planning someone dropped the ball on this. I don't know what else I could have done in the pre-planning stages to prevent the mix up but I'd suggest maybe a call a week or two prior (all of the prep is done well in advance of two weeks time) to ensure you get the diver/signs.
