Hi!! I'm not sure where the CR thread went but I need some help.

I have talked to Debbi at CR several times. She set up a divers sign/menu for my parents last May and is planning to do the same for my brother's 21st birthday in Feb but I need to add a menu (hopefully) for our visit in Feb.

The email that I have been using for her since May and back in Dec when I planned everything else, is not working :confused3

I double checked everything, made sure it was an i and had the dots and her middle intial. I even clicked reply on an old email but I keep getting emails back saying that the email is being sent to @email.disney.com which is clearly wrong. I even made sure the past 2 times that I sent it that it did not have "@email"

I anyone else having problems?!!

Maybe I should try my yahoo account instead? :confused3
 
Hmmm, I just e-mailed her last week and it worked fine; maybe you should try yahoo? I have yahoo if that helps... good luck; it sounds like you're doing it right.
 
thanks. I might do that. I find it odd that an email that worked a month ago is no longer working??!! I figured if she was on vacation or something I would get an out of office memo or something?!

Just an FYI that several threads have reported that the Divers Sign program has been cancelled for 2008. When you finally contact her, let us know if this is the case.
 
It hasnt' been concealed--I actually have it scheduled for Feb of 2008. I am so excited to go with all the great things we have heard about the food, atmosphere and the divers.
 
I'm almost 100% sure that I got a divers sign set up for Feb as well. She wrote back in Dec and said "everything" was set up so I'm assuming by that she means the menu and diver.

I guess no one has tried to contact her lately about the menus though?!! I don't even need a divers sign, I'd like just 2 more menus for my 2 cousins who are dining with us but it's crazyness trying to contact her. I should just give the restaurant a call.
 
I don't think it's been canceled. I e-mailed with her last week about doing something for my trip on January 8th and she said I was all set and she would be doing a diver's sign and personalized menu.... so I think everything is still on.
 
Can someone give me more information (even a link) on the diver sign and personalized menu's at the Coral Reef? We have a special trip planned where we are taking our boys and both sets of grandparents in September and would love to do this. Thank you!
 
I just called (407-560-6784) and spoke with Louis, and he gave me an email address. In the subject line he requested: name, date, reservation time. And in the actual email: reservation number, request banner; text for banner; and for personalized menus, up to 6 pictures and a small amount of text.

I also ordered a 6" cake for $12.50 plus tax! :love:

I'm so excited! My DH will have NO idea and the boys will be so thrilled too!
