coral reef- custom menu

I am getting a little nervous. I sent in a request for customized menu's and I have never heard back by email or otherwise. Is this normal or a bad sign that they didn't get the request?

Thank you in advance. My family would be so surprised to get these special treats. Just more of the Disney Magic-

I don't know when you sent in your request, but she usually responds pretty quickly. I had problems when I tried to send her my pictures. I guess the files were too big. :scared: I finally uploaded them to photobucket and sent her the links so she could acces them that way. I would just email her again and see if she responds. Then you can send pictures separately. Say you don't want to rush her, but that you haven't heard anything and are nervous. She is VERY nice.

I called her first to request the diver. -That took 3 phone calls and a little over a month (she was in and out on vacation.) The last time I called her I left my e-mail address, and got a reply within a week saying that the diver had been requested and said I could e-mail her pic's for the personalized menu. I e-mailed her and she confirmed that she got them a few hours later- but I asked for her to respond so I knew she had gotten them. Good luck!
 
I just heard back! I contacted her last week and she e-mailed me and asked that I send 4-6 pics and a special message. I sent the pics less then 48 hours ago and she responded early this morning!

I had heard she was on vacation in another thread and when I sent the first message I did get an out of the office reply that gave me another number to contact if I needed imediate assistance. I knew it could wait so I never bothered calling the other number. She e-mailed me about a day and a half later.

We had a good experience.
 

With the customized menus...is it just pictures on the regular menus? Can someone tell me the best numbers and emails to get a hold of the person who runs this? I would like to do a diver sign for my hubby! DH bday!
 
maybe that is my problem the email address I was given is entirely different. I didn't get to talk to her but someone else gave me the address and it was just to the coral reef itself.... agh..... I will call tomorrow
