I am getting a little nervous. I sent in a request for customized menu's and I have never heard back by email or otherwise. Is this normal or a bad sign that they didn't get the request?

I finally uploaded them to photobucket and sent her the links so she could acces them that way. I would just email her again and see if she responds. Then you can send pictures separately. Say you don't want to rush her, but that you haven't heard anything and are nervous. She is VERY nice.
