Coral Reef Birthday Lunch

Has anyone had a birthday lunch or dinner at the Coral Reef? Did you get a cake or special dessert? Please describe or post any pictures. We are celebrating my husbands 40th birthday there in 2 weeks. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We had an anniversary lunch there; they brought our dessert out with a "Happy Anniversary" chocolate sign on it.

The Coral Reef is definitely a great place to go for a birthday. My mom went there in 2003 and told them it was her birthday. Not ony did they seat us right next to the aquarium, they also sent scuba Mickey swimming over to our table! It was sooooo cool. Unfortunately we didnt have a digital camera at the time and none of our pics of Mickey came out. Also, they gave my mom and I (my b-day was the day before) free lava cake, which was sooo delicious! It was really a great way to start off our trip and celebrate my mom's birthday! I can't garauntee that scuba Mickey will go to your table too but I hope so!! Request to sit by the aquarium and let them know about the b-day. Good luck and have fun!

JAMBA!424: Thanks for the info. I spoke with the Coral Reef yesterday and we are getting the Chocolate Wave with a Happy Birthday Card. They also mentioned the scuba divers may be able to come over to where we are sitting. They will seat us at the aquarium. I am so excited! We've been there two other times and have never been near the aquarium (it was still a great view). All of this is a surprise for my DH. Can't wait only 6 days to go.
