Coral Reef and dining plan question

Anyone been recently? Can you tell me if you can get the surf N turf at Coral Reef on the dining plan? The last time we ate there the dining plan wasn't ineffect yet but I did order the surf n turf at lunch time. Can you get this at dinner time too?

Seems lobster has been removed from the menu at Coral Reef - although someone on another thread just mentioned they had lobster tail at lunch (by asking for it, since it wasn't on the menu - and paid OOP for it, too)
