Coral Reef “special menu” and “special sign”

I’m sure this is a shot in the dark but thought I would ask. Years ago, around 2007-2008 there was someone you could contact at the Coral Reef who would personalize a menu for you. You could send her pictures and any saying you wanted on the menu and when you went to dinner, it would be sitting at your table. Still available? Also, another thing, I didn’t do this one, you could have the divers hold a sign saying a special message of some sort. Still do that? I’m thinking these things don’t happen anymore since I haven’t heard or seen anything like that. I had a menu made for our dinner in Oct 2008. It was our honeymoon. Turned out fantastic! Such a nice keepsake!

We were one of the lucky ones years ago. We requested a diver and sign for my husbands birthday and yay!!! That happened. I read horror stories how cms were treated if something went wrong, so I don’t blame cr for canceling this little treat.

We had it done for honeymoon in 2008 I surprised my hubby.. I actually contacted that same manager from back then shes now over at CRT and she confirmed they don't do that anymore

She was so nice! The staff had forgotten so when I got there I mentioned it. Ooops! They were not able to create the menu but moved our party to the tank, and somehow they had a diver! I admit I was sad when they indicated they had forgotten us, but the manager had made it clear this was not a promise.

That night is still one of my dh favorites memories

She was extremely nice! I’m not surprised that people were taking advantage. It’s sad. It was a wonderful surprise for my hubby though.

I was also fortunate to get personalized menus and a diver on our trip in 2008. We still have the menus they made for each of our kids and the sign they held up for hubby. It was one of our most favorite memory. I hate they don't do it anymore, but I certainly understand why.
