Does anybody have experience with this? Our high school band is going to WDW over spring break. With the help of this forum, and a friend who's a graphic designer, I designed a t-shirt for the kids to commemorate the trip. It includes an image of Mickey and the Mickey head silhouette with "2009" and the "00"s are Mickey's ears. Sorry, I'm technologically challenged, I don't know how to post the image here. At our trip meeting last night, the travel agent arranging the trip saw the shirt design and said the kids CANNOT wear the shirts in the parks! She said because they are a group performing in the park, they are subject to Disney's copyright laws, and if they are seen wearing the shirts in the parks, they could be BANNED from ever performing there again! I said people make all sorts of shirts using Disney characters, but she said it's "different" if it's just a family versus a group. Anyone have any input? I am so bummed!
