It was Taylor. Taylor just HAD to be in my English class. The teacher, Mrs. Harrison, told me to sit next to Taylor. Fantastic! I sat down in my seat, dreading what was to come.
Hey, dumb butt. Looks like you have to sit next to me, she said.
First of all, wow, you are sooo great at insults, I replied.
I wouldve called you something else, but were in school and I wouldnt want to get in trouble.
I rolled my eyes. Whatever. Second of all, dont bother me. You told me to stay out of your way, so stay out of mine.
She smirked. Do you /really/ think Im going to listen to you?
You will or youll be sorry. I instantly thought about turning her into a frog right then and there.
Pfft. Ok. The bell rang and class started.
*Taylors POV*
Ugh, who does this girl think she is? Shes lucky I didnt do something worse to her. I would have if it wasnt for a weird sensation in my lower back. I felt my back when no one was looking. There was nothing there. Ill check it out later.
*Back to Allys POV*
Class was pretty boring. All we did was discuss the book were apparently reading. I answered all of the questions the teacher asked since I read the book already. The bell rang for class to end. Mrs. Harrison pulled me to the side as I was leaving.
Hi, she said.
Um, hi, I replied.
I just want to ask you if youre interested in trying out for spring cheerleading.
Of course! Ive been a cheerleader forever. I would love to try out!
Great! Dont worry, the decision will be unbiased since I get to choose the squad members. Taylors the captain, by the way. You two seemed to get along pretty well, so I dont think you two will have any problems if you make it.
Not really, I thought. Ok, great. When are tryouts?
They start tomorrow after school and are also on Saturday at 3:00 sharp and will go on until 5:00.
Great! Ill be there. See you then! I left. Then I found Rosalie. Hey again! How was physics?
Boring, she replied. But thats ok. My favorite class is next, drawing.
I have drawing next too!
Really?
Yeah. I mainly took it because I didnt really have anything else to choose and my mom thought it would be a good class to take.
Ok, cool.
Lets go! We walked together. Then I thought about telling her about my powers.
Finally! Something else on my clipboard. (a chapter from the story I'm writing. It probably didn't make sense if you read it)
