Last year I found a wonderful recipe using Pillsbury frozen sugar cookie dough and dried cherries. The cost of the cookie dough is crazy this year. I was thinking of making that dough from scratch, Does anyone have a sugar recipe that tastes like the Pillsbury they sell in the refrigerator section.

I don't have a recipe, but I've noticed the tubes of dough go on sale periodically at my local grocery store. You might get lucky if you keep an eye out!

I don’t have a recipe that tastes like the Pillsbury dough but I’d love to have your recipe with the dried cherries🙂
