Copper Creek versus Boulder Ridge

Hard to answer, CCV you are in WL with more activity, the rooms are new but not strong in theming IMO. BRV you are in your own quiet building, short walk to WL, heavy in theming but the rooms are older and show some wear.

We enjoyed a studio at VWL some years ago. We thought it was cute ... but our recent Copper Creek Cabin visit blew our minds. Loved the Cabin! It has set a new level of expectation for DVC stays. ;)

We loved our stay in CCV last October. The rooms are gorgeous and loved being in the main building. We had a courtyard view that was lovely.

We stayed at CCV last October. We did not like the decor, and the studio was tiny. We stayed at VWL (before it was BRV) several years ago and weren't crazy about the decor then, but looking at pictures of the refurb, I think we would really like it now. BRV is a short walk to VWL. In fact, from where our CCV room was, it probably would take the same amount of time as BRV. We will probably buy into BRV within the next couple of years.

Although the building is quieter at BRV, I can't say that they are sound proofed any better. The sound in the living of the 1BR travels easily to studio and vice versa at BRV. I remember one very sleepless trip when the neighbors next door had a colicky baby staying in the living with a nanny at night. I recently read that the transom vent between the studio and 1BR at CCV also carries noise between the two. So no help there.

I enjoyed staying in the main building at CCV especially when the weather turn a cold so we didn't have to go out into the weather to dine if we didn't want too as we stay in a studio. I like the brightness of the CCV studio. I always thought the room was dark at BRV even during a bright sunny day. The room is definitely larger at BRV. But the room at CCV seems to be organized better.
