Copper Creek incentives

The current incentives look pretty good but it says they end on Dec 15th. Do you think it will be extended or new deals offered? How close are they to selling out?

If CCV continues to sell at a similar pace to what it's done it will probably sell out before the end of next year.

We bought CCV in September 2017 for $176/point with an extra 10 points/year for life. That made it $165/point. But the incentives now are very good. I think I read on dvc news that they may sell out by July/Aug/Sept of 2019.. That is if they keep selling at 100,000 points/month.. So, less than a year to go... It has sold better than Poly (more 100,000 point months than Poly).. I would for sure buy before the next increase in January 2019! Going up to$188...So, that would probably mean Rivera is going to sell for $199/point or $204/point... WOW!!!!!!!!
