The bedroom is separate from the living room (like a 1-bed). Under counter fridge and no laundry.

Also you can only have a shot at a alternative layout if you book a Tub room. Which more than likely gets you a 1st floor room (one level below lobby). So if you want the best shot at an alternative layout, I'd request High floor as my only request, because if granted it will be guaranteed to be an alternative studio (but again I think that might 5-6 only and there are 2 I believe on the 1st floor).
