Coordinating ADR party of 4 for 5

Hi,

I was going to try and coordinate an ADR from the reservations board but wanted to throw a question out before I reach out. Did not know if this question should have been on that board or if that is only to list the ADRs being cancelled.

If a party of 4 cancelled an ADR for a popular restaurant do you think a party of 5 would have a chance to get that opening? Based on some other similar threads I am thinking not based on table sizes. I just did not want to coordinate and have it not show up to grab and have someone who might really want it also miss out who might have 4 or less in party.

If you are looking for a party of 5 and a party of 4 cancels, I doubt it would show up for you. Parties of 4 are usually sat at a 4 top table, and a party of 5, most likely, be sat at a 6 top table. They wouldn't put a party of 5 at a 4 top, there isn't enough room. Keep checking! Something will come up!

Thanks. I thought so. I have a request on Touring Plans. They have come through on all my others. This one is not super urgent. I have a PPO for another day. Just thought the day avail would fit our schedule a little better. Thanks again!!!
