Coolest moments at WDW

My senior year of high school, my band's trip was to Disney.

That was the best trip ever. Me and my three best friends went around disney together, goofing off and having a great time. We got Mickey Graduation Ears, and wore them every day of the trip. So many cast members asked us about them and congratulated us on graduating, it was awesome.
Plus, we were the band right before the 3pm parade at MK(Share a Dream Come True? idk, i forget which one). So performing down Main Street in the front of the flagline with one of my best friends next to me as my co-captain was just one of the greatest feelings. And, us being the clumsy people we are, mess up right in the middle of the parade, and proceed to crack up laughing the rest of it.

I guess just being in Disney World is the best... Disney is one of the few things on earth that can make me cry because of joy...

My entire Senior Trip to WDW was the coolest moment ever. We are still talking about it like we just got back...and it was three weeks ago!

When my family and I where chosen to open the Magic Kingdom.
Oh and another time on ToT one of the bellhops inside at the 'check in desk' was asking for our last name and throwing papers around looking for our reservations..and was making a huge deal and was treating us like royalty so that was hysterical.

i loved it when a few years ago i won a hoolahooping contest and got a prize. it wasnt much but no one else had it and WDW is such a special place it makes little things seem like miracles

Yeah of course.
So my family and I arrived early at the Magic Kingdom and we got taken in and sat on a bench inside the gates until this really old fashion car came and picked us up on main street and drove us to Mickey's ToonTown Fair where all the characters where. They all signed an official certificate for us and we took tons of pictures and were just goofing around. Then we got on the steam engine, the one they only use for opening the Magic Kingdom and waited behind the bushes in front of main street station. All the characters where there with us and they were really being funny. Like I had a Pal Mickey and it wasn't working so Mickey Mouse took it and was holding it like a baby and rocking it. After about 10 minutes the start up music began to play and we came into the station. They announced our names and where we were from and we all lined up. We took a handful of pixie dust and began the countdown. At the end we threw the pixie dust and opened the magic kingdom! We got our picture taken and when we threw the pixie dust in the air, and we got that photo for free! It was so amazing and something I will never forget.

You got to open Magic Kingdom! I was a Honorary Citizen of walt Disney
World Resort! I went to trade pins with a man holding a umbrella it was pouring out in mgm, His umbrella was blowing away the wind and rain was pushing it out of his hands so my sisters and I grabbed it and held it over his head he said thank you and gave me a button that said (Honorary Citizen of Walt Disney World Resort Where dreams come true!

Just being there is awesome enough but...

1. When i was 10 i wore a t-shirt to with no autographs please on the front and 'Donald' made me stand by him for ages and whenever the next person came forward he would point to my shirt. That was in AK at christmas time and the park was full and there were loads of people in that line. I was mortified.

2. We were asked to 'open' The Liberty Tree Tavern, for dinner i think it was, in August 2005, this time i was 11 and tried to hide behind the characters i was so embarresed.

3. Me, my dad and my sister rode Hollywood Tower of Terror right before it closed for the night and we had a whole lift to ourselves. Let me tell you that really puts the fear factor in because there's no first timers screaming and there's nobody in the other lifts so it's all dead silent. That was last august.

Tower of Terror is to scary for me, I rode it three times, What's worse is my 5 year old sister loves it! She rode it and came off the ride with her face like this we though she was going to cry then she said, that was fun!! Can we go again!?!

mine was probably when me and my sister got to open the park AND ride on the front of the monorail. we were way younger and it was really cool

You got to ride the front of the monorail, that's cool, my sisters and I rode it but in the rain we couldn't see anything with the rain all over the window, I hope the sun was shining when you rode it,

My coolest time at WDW was when I got on the Tower of Terror!!!!! It was the scariest thing EVER!!! It was going so fast and so high and so far down!!



The best ride that I ever got on was the soaring The Things that it showed were so beautiful!!

Did you know it's smell-o-vision! You can smell the ocean and the orange. The firework at the end with the mickey head are so cool, The colors are so beautiful.
