coolers Outside drinks/snacks

I found this on the board:
Cooler Policy

Theme Parks:

Full size coolers whether with or without wheels are not permitted
Coolers smaller than 24"L x 15"W x 18"H (the size of the large lockers) are allowed
Neither glass or alcoholic beverages are permitted
Water Parks:

Coolers are permitted, including those with wheels
Neither glass or alcoholic beverages are allowed
No cooler storage is available
Wagons are not permitted


So does that mean, I can bring a cooler full with drinks and snacks as I had thought no outside food was permitted.

Please let me know as I'll have a car and will stock up if I can.

I know for sure that coolers are allowed at the water parks. About 50% of the time, someone at the front of the park will "look" in the cooler checking that we don't have alcohol and/or glass.

We always take a cooler with us to the water parks with our beverages and sandwiches ... just like going to the beach.

I don't know about the regular parks. We have taken snacks and such in with us but don't see too many people lugging around coolers. I would think if you did take a cooler in with you, you would want to stow it in the locker at the front of the park, rather than tote it around.

To be honest, I don't know why anyone would want to bring a big picnic lunch into the park with them anyway, but that's just me.

We carry in the small soft top coolers that fit about 6 bottles of water. We have never had an issue with taking it into the theme parks. They do inspect the bags to make sure that you are not bringing in some prohibited items.

I couldn't imagine carrying/toting anything larger than this small cooler bag into the parks. It gets tiring after awhile.
