Does anyone know if they still allow a small cooler in the parks?

My SIL brings a small soft sided cooler all the time. She packs snacks, and bottles of Pepsi. I'm pretty sure as long as your cooler is relatively small it's not a problem. And no glass bottles, no alcohol.

In addition, no plastic straws or cup lids in the Animal Kingdom. And make sure you carry your cooler, or push it in a stroller. No pulling it.
