The great news first DW surprised me a few days ago with 2 nights at the Dolphin 3/23 and 3/24 free using starwood points. Pretty cool B'day present as we had pretty much reconciled we could not swing another trip after last years 2 trips(easter at Poly and Oct at GF). Heres the catch get some good airfare(figuring if no luck cancel reservations and save points for another trip).
Ok got SWA 3/23-3/26 For less than $150rt-awesome. Now need the 3rd night-guess what no room at the inn(ie. Dophin/Swan). Any advise on if I can reasonably expect a room to open up over Easter week(cancellations, etc) and how I can increase my odds of getting a last minute room?
Oh yeah, holding a too expensive room at Contemporary for final night (6 night out cancellation) but hoping to save the $ and transfer hassle for such a short trip. Thanks
