I remember salivating over many food reports in the past(!) where there were really cool desserts for kids and I kept thinking that some day we would do the DDP and the kids would LOVE me for it!!!

So, where are the neatest desserts for kids? Please help so I can become the awesomest mommy ever . . . at least in my kids' eyes!

Artist Point at WL has the white chocolate puzzle that kids paint with edible paint. Yachtsman has Mickey and Minnie Dessert Puzzle. Jiko has it listed as Jiko puzzle with ice cream sundae. Narcoose's has make your own s'mores. Cali Grill has rice krispie "sushi".
Can't wait to read what other say!

The Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream :thumbsup2 the restaurant is on DDP but the sink itself is not on the DDP. I think they & the Plaza in MK also have the Mickeylodeon Sundaes. My kids loved going to Goofy's Candy Co. (where we spent most of our snack credits!), choosing their treats & having their own creations made. Maybe the HUGE freshly made ice cream, 3 scoops I believe, sandwiches in MK.

I can't wait to read the other suggestions. I maybe taking my little great niece in August..so this would be great to have several suggestions:)

The chocolate mouse or "moose" for kids at Le Cellier is adorable it looks like a really moose with maple cookie antlers.

Here is the Chocolate "Moose" from Le Cellier.:) Our waitress told us that it is the most photographed food in all of Disney World.:rotfl:

Sorry.... it's a little blurry.

Maybe not the coolest, but the worms in dirt at the Grand Floridian Cafe was pretty cool.

My kids enjoyed it.

We had this at Goofys kitchen when we went to DL. It was a massive hit with the kids.

I agree its definitely worth going to Beaches and Cream for a kitchen sink. We made a special trip over and the kids still talk about it all the time. They have asked for it again next time. We had one between 8 of us and there was still a little left in the bottom of the sink at the end.

The dessert bar at Chef Mickey's if great...ice cream bar, toppings, and sweets!

My kids LOVE the zebra domes at AKL...also yeah, the le cellier chocolate "moose" is a lot of fun...Goofy's candy shop or even the candy shop in MK on main street are also two of their favorite "sweets" places...

The Kona Cone at Kona cafe inthe Polynesian resort. It's an oversized ice cream cone with garnihes for the child to add: hot fudge, m&ms, cotton candy, and a host of other sweets to personalize it (A LOT!) I am sorry I don't have a picture, but I am sure you can find one on the dis..

Also, Goofy's Candy co. in DTD lets you customize pretzel rods, marshmallows,
a giant oreo....That one I learned about here!

Honestly, in Florida, frozen lemonade becomes an amazing thing! Have a great trip!:flower3:

Thanks so much for all of the ideas! I was getting a bit disappointed reading the kids menus because all I kept seeing was ice cream and fruit salad or cookie :scared: . I'm sure my kids would enjoy those just fine, but come on . . . this is Disney World! They need a better treat than that!

I guess some of these things are on the adult dessert menu, like the Kona Kone, so if we do the DDP DH and I will just order them for the kiddos! Thanks again!

Does anyone have a picture of the Mickey puzzle?
