Never seen this before (I'm in the UK). Watching Jersey Shore and one of the girls got involved in an incident.
She then phoned the next day to check on the status of the attacker and had an automated reply. Cool. Is this normal in the US?
BTW - I fear for the future of your country if all the young people are like those on Jersey Shore !!!!! LOL

Not sure about the automated thing never had to all about anyone before but I can assure you most people are not like the Jersey shore.
