Cooking Vegetables

Hi Everyone: I don't usually attend this board and I can see it's mainly frequented by scrappers ...... but I was hoping someone could help me with a cooking question.

I LOVE VEGETABLES. I am NOT a vegetarian. Does anyone have a recommendation for a vegetable cookbook? Thanks alot!

I don't have a cookbook for just veggies, but I do have lots of links to recipes sites that have all kinds of recipes in them. Let me know if you want me to post some of them.

I have gotten a lot of good recipes in the book "Vegetables" by the editors of Time-Life books. It is part of the Good Cook book series.

Thanks for the cookbook recommendation and yes, I would love the links to the recipe websites. I know I frequent some - Epicurious, Recipe.com, cooking.com. Oh how I would love a kitchen that has a computer or lap top in it. Wouldn't that make sense!
