Cooking Utensils ?

We just purchased AKV and are planning to take my parents on our first trip home Feb 2010. My Mom is a picky eater and will most likely want to do some cooking instead of eating out every day. What sort of cooking utensils are provided? Do they have pots and pans and spatulas and such or would we need to bring this kind of stuff with us? Thanks.
