Cooking question

I'm not much of a cook but slowly improving! I don't really cook fish but hubby came back with some cod pieces form the fish man the other day. He bought quite a lot so I froze them, but now don't have a clue what to do with them! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

go onto the BBC Goodfood website and search for Cod and it comes up with some very tasty looking recipes. There should be something there for you to do as it has all sorts of abilities and tastes covered.

try Philadelphia recipes I really like them they have a good fish selection on there as well
