Um no sorry but I don't blindly follow the CDC. I went to trucking school, and my common sense is better than their medical degrees.

This is in fact Kroger brand, but it's always been fine in the past.

It was just a joke. I'm (fairly) sure none of the processing facilities add beaks and wattle.

I remember if I kept ground turkey in the freezer it would smell off once I defrosted it. Like somehow it went bad even though it was frozen. When I buy it fresh it has no odor.

Ya know I've had this happen to me from time to time. I use a lot of ground turkey.
