Cooking- how much to cook for...

My daughter's 2nd grade class is having a Thanksgiving feast. I need to prepare enough green beans for 21 children and I have no idea how much to cook. Any ideas? THANKS!

When we had DD's feast a couple of years ago, I made 3 bags of frozen green beans and that was plenty. Sadly, a lot of the kids really don't eat veggies...
