Cooking help?? Baby Bok Choy?

I am making a Curried Chicken soup...

I bought some Baby Bok Choy, because it looked interesting but I now realize I have never prepared it!!??!!

Do I use all of it, the stem part, the leaves?? Is the taste mild? Will it be allright in Soup?

Yep you can use all of it. Hope you enjoy your soup!
 
I use it to cook a couple of filipino dishes that call for it. It is a mild taste. Actually, I can hardly taste it at all but maybe that's just me. But, it adds color to the dish I'm preparing. I'll cut off the root then cut the stalk in 1"-2" sections.

Edit: Forget my post. I thought you were using a regular bok choy. My bad...Sorry!
