Tickets are live! Join us for a culinary adventure at our upcoming cooking demonstration event, “Paddlefish Seafood Secrets Revealed” on Thursday, July 27th. Executive Chef, Steven Richard will guide you through the process of preparing a delicious 3-course meal. From appetizers to desserts, you'll see how to create an exquisite menu that will impress any guest. To compliment the meal, we'll be serving Paddlefish House Wines and a variety of assorted beers.

Fun! I've done an event there before and it was fantastic. Thanks for highlighting this. There is also a "Tour of Italy" wine dinner at Terralina (next to Paddlefish in Disney Springs) on 8/17 if anyone is in town for that.

Tour of Italy dinner 8/17:​

Each course has been crafted by Executive Chef Justin Plank to pair perfectly with selected wines.​

​

1st Course: Surf and Turf Kobe beef Tartar and Yellowtail Crudo. Minced Celery, Truffle, Parmigiana. Paired with Lunae Vermentino.​

​

2nd Course: Baby Octopus with Haricot Vert, Baby Potatoes, Olives, Roasted Grape Tomatoes and Capers with a Lemon Vinaigrette. Paired with Valentina Peccorino.​

​

3rd Course: House Made Pici Pasta, Fresh Artichokes, Lamb Sausage and Spinach with a Chardonnay Butter Sauce. Paired with Garesio Nizza Barbera.​

​

4th Course: Braised Oxtail and Beef Tenderloin, Sweet White Corn Polenta, Veal Demi, Micro Basil. Paired with Marco Felluga Cabernet Franc.​

5th Course: Wild Berry, Apple and Thyme Croustade topped with Vanilla Gelato. Paired with Colosi Passito.​
