Cooking classes

I'm not quite sure where to post this so I'll post here since I know everyone is a true avid Disneyer and will probably be able to point me in the right direction.

I'm looking for a unique gift to give my 16 yr.old daughter for Christmas. She is very interested in the culinary world especially baking/candy making. We are going to be in Disney for a week in June and I thought if I could get her a 1/2 day with one of Disney's pastry chefs, learning to make those scrumptious desserts, it would be the ultimate gift for her. I know the Disney Institue use to have something like this but now that it is closed, any ideas on where else something of this sort may be offered??

There is no permanent class available. If money is no object, you could ask MS to put you in touch with someone who might be able to arrange this. It seems like everything is "possible" at Disney if you are willing to spend the money.

Thanks, I really wish something was available like this. While money IS somewhat of an object, I may just put a call into MS to see what they can come up with. I'll post here anything I find out.
